Have you found your Tribe? In today’s society it is more important than ever to have a feeling of belonging and know you have people to turn to for guidance, approval and praise. That is why it is my intention to create a network of women who build each other up.
Join us on our wellbeing walks; a gentle stroll around local nature areas. Who am I? My name is Sarah, I am a wellbeing coach for women, helping you find your WAY (Who Are You!?) by a holistic approach to well-being, mental health, self improvement and personal development.
